Extension updated but not working?

Some changes are not visible after an update. Chrome may require a page refresh on tabs that were already open when the extension was updated. Simply refresh the page and Snipaze will work normally again.

OCR returning garbled or empty text?

Try selecting a smaller, cleaner region with higher contrast text. Very stylised or tiny fonts are harder to parse. Reloading the page can also help.

Notes appear missing?

First, open Settings and use Export All Data before doing anything else. Notes are stored locally in your browser — make sure you are using the same browser and device where you originally saved them. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll help.
